What is ECTAC?
ECTAC is a membership network of school district leaders in Florida dedicated to ensuring student success and school improvement through the coherent, compliant and impactful use of federal education grant program funds.

ECTAC serves Florida K-12 Public School Districts and local educational agencies (LEAs).
Mission Statement
ECTAC values the power of membership—connecting districts large and small to form a trusted community of practice. Through regular meetings, tailored support sessions, and focused communities, ECTAC fosters networking opportunities where members exchange knowledge, share solutions, and elevate one another’s work.
We are proud to serve as a voice for advocacy, responding when our members encounter challenges—from allocation discrepancies and paraprofessional qualifications to monitoring and application processes. We listen. We act. And we follow through—with the Florida Department of Education and other stakeholders—to support meaningful resolution.
