All partners are expected to utilize the Whova Conference Platform to maximize visibility and engagement. Through Whova, you can: • Create and customize your company profile • Upload brochures, videos, presentations, and marketing materials • Connect with attendees before, during, and after the conference • Capture leads by scanning attendee QR codes • Participate in the Passport Contest to increase exhibit traffic • Promote giveaways, demonstrations, product launches, and special offers Designed for Engagement Conference activities will be centered around the Crystal Ballroom at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld®. Final exhibit locations are being thoughtfully designed to maximize attendee engagement, visibility, networking opportunities, and traffic flow throughout the event. As in previous years, exhibit placement and Parade of Partners order will be determined by support level and commitment date. |
