The deadline for refunds and substitutions was June 10th at 4:00 pm EST. No additional requests are accepted. Because the Conference is at capacity, no onsite substitutions or registration will be accepted.

If you will be utilizing tax exemption, please be sure to e-mail and/or bring your Florida State tax exempt form, signed affidavit, and a redacted photocopy of the front & back of the credit card associated with the form. Providing these items is crucial in being able to ensure that you are granted your tax exemption status, and a failure to provide any one of these documents at your time of check-in will unfortunately result in the loss of the tax exemption. Even if you have already provided a previous credit card authorization, it is still required to e-mail and/or bring these documents in in order to receive this tax exemption status for your stay. These documents may be e-mailed to [email protected] or presented upon arrival.
