  • If requested, 3 Standard Sleeper Rooms x 3 nights (6/17, 6/18, 6/19) reserved on behalf of the Partner.  Partner is responsible for payment made to the venue by credit card upon check-in at the discounted room block rates and confirmation prior to venue cancellation deadline. Any no show costs will be billed to the partner.

ALL Exceeding Expectations supporters (Gold and Silver) will have the opportunity to participate in the Parade of Partners during the Opening General Session giving you the opportunity to address all conference attendees.  The Parade of Partners will be organized by support level (Stars, Gold, then Silver) and the partner’s commitment of support date.
 
Use of the super-popular Whova Conference App/Platform is also included allowing you to connect with participants before, during, and (3 months) after the event.  All partners will be expected to download and utilize the Whova App. 
 
With Whova, you will:
  • Complete your Exhibitor profile to create a digital presence even before the conference begins
  • Upload videos, flyers, and documents that provide attendees more information about your products and services
  • Capture contact information by scanning the QR code on attendee Name Badges
  • Participate in the "Passport" feature during scheduled time, transitions, and breaks where participants will earn points for prizes by visiting partners
  • Generate additional traffic by posting "give away" information like product samples and prizes
