Program Evaluation Standards -The Standards for Evaluations of Educational Programs, Projects, and Materials is the result of an extensive review process by the Joint Committee. The 30 standards are divided into four groups corresponding to the attributes of fair program evaluation - utility; feasibility; propriety; and accuracy.  The Standards provide a working philosophy for evaluators
