At the E2 Conference, you can:

• Engage program and fiscal decision makers at the school and district level
• Create awareness of your brand and highlight products and services allowable with federal funds
• Benefit from multiple opportunities to make connections with educators directly responsible for school improvement

• Partner with ECTAC to recognize and celebrate Florida’s Exceeding Expectations Award Schools
• Engage with conference attendees through the Whova Conference App

Platinum Sponsor Perks:
Platinum-level Sponsorship will allow an exclusive opportunity to prepare and present a 60-minute concurrent session and receive premier positioning in the Whova Conference App.  

In addition to sponsorship levels, you can increase your presence by supporting vital conference components such as:

•  Conference Tote Bags for Participants (Vendor will provide with ECTAC pre-approval)
• Conference App (Whova $6,000; Vendor will work with ECTAC to provide sponsored payment)
• Keynote Speaker Fee – Opening Session on 6/26 (~$10,000; Vendor will work with ECTAC to provide sponsored payment)
• Evening Activity on 6/26 (Vendor will work directly with the venue and ECTAC for pre-approval)
• Afternoon Snack Sponsor on 6/27 (~ $20.00/per person; Vendor will work directly with the Venue)
• Professional Photographer for Conference and Exceeding Expectations Reception on 6/27 (Vendor selected with ECTAC pre-approval)
• Red Carpet for the Exceeding Expectations Reception on 6/27 (Vendor will work with ECTAC to provide sponsored payment)
• Photo Backdrop for the Exceeding Expectations Reception on 6/27 (Vendor will work with ECTAC to provide sponsored payment)
• DJ/Music Option for Exceeding Expectations Reception on 6/27 (Vendor selected with ECTAC pre-approval)
• Keynote Speaker Fee – Closing Session on 6/28 (~$5,000; Vendor will work with ECTAC to provide sponsored payment)
